Eliza completed a Masters Degree in Acting at East15 Acting School in Essex (UK).
The performing arts have been an integral and essential part of her life and education for a very long time. She have invested in herself, took very difficult decisions and sacrificed a lot of things to be able to follow her passion. This investment has not been in vain. Her experiences have led her to perform on a national level in Malta and also abroad.
She have always had a passion towards acting and the performing arts. As a performer, she has spent 3 years training in musical theatre at MASQUERADE School of Performing Arts and performed in various large scale local shows including national Christmas pantomimes, vocal concerts and musicals. She trained with Ms Denise Mulholland and Ms Erica Muscat to audition for British Drama schools.
To further her education, she moved to London, where she read for a Masters’ degree in Musical Theatre at Goldsmiths University of London. There, she co-directed and produced an original musical titled “The Last Queen of Paradise” at the Tristan Bates Theatre in Convent Garden which premiered in September 2016.
The rest of her life still revolves around drama and theatre. She was a full-time Drama teacher at a primary church school and taught singing at Masquerade School of Performing Arts. She have also been awarded Most Promising Actress at MADC’s One Act Play Festival in September 2018.
